When you are dealing with chronic pain, you deserve the best treatment. Our mission is to provide safe, unparalleled care to patients suffering from chronic pain and help them return to their normal lives as soon as possible.
We will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan utilizing minimally- invasive methods in order to reduce your pain and at the same time decrease your exposure to potentially habit-forming medications that often bring hazardous side effects.
Your pain is unique. Your options should be too.
Whether it’s through therapy, medication or one of our advanced, minimally invasive procedures, your individualized treatment plan is designed with you in mind.
Non-narcotic Medication
Oral NSAIDs, muscle relaxants, and neuropathic pain medications are fairly effective for minor to moderate levels of pain, including nerve and muscle pain, as well as some types of chronic pain.
Opioid Medications
Opioid medications can be effective in controlling chronic pain, although nerve pain can be resistant to opioids. We can provide effective, responsible medication management in conjunction with other therapies.
Nerve Block Procedures
Nerve block procedures, such as epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, selective nerve root blocks, and radiofrequency nerve ablation can be useful for treating chronic pain

Trigger points injections are used to treat serious knots in the muscles, thus relieving pain and tension.
