John East, D.O.

John East, DO is the owner of Addison Pain & Regenerative Medicine and board certified in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Pain Medicine, and Regenerative Medicine. Dr. East is a graduate of UNT’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his residency at UT Southwestern. He has over 17 years of experience in interventional pain management. As a leader in his field, Dr. East continues to offer innovative treatment solutions for his patients, such as regenerative medicine. His passion for spine injuries extends beyond the clinic; Dr. East has been recognized by D CEO with an Excellence in Healthcare Award for his patented spinal injection training device, the AsTris by BioTras.

Sylvia Flores-Bugarin, D.C., F.N.P.-C.

Sylvia Flores-Bugarin, D.C., F.N.P.-C. is an accomplished practitioner who has been on the Addison Pain team since 2013. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker College, and her Family Nurse Practitioner Master’s degree from Samford University. This unique training combined with eighteen years of experience allows Sylvia to incorporate the benefits traditional measures with (CAM) complimentary and alternative medicine. Sylvia continues to work collaboratively with fellow chiropractors to provide holistic, balanced, and deeply compassionate care for her patients. Additionally, she has experience treating patients with Regenerative Medicine solutions.

Alaena Grable, F.N.P.-C.

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Alaena Grable, F.N.P.-C. is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with ten years of nursing experience. She completed her Family Nurse Practitioner Master’s degree at UT Arlington and has been working with the Addison Pain team since 2015. Alaena practices medicine utilizing a holistic approach – keeping an eye on the whole health of the patient instead of only managing symptoms. She encourages conservative care and lifestyle modifications to improve overall function and quality of life.
